128-Unit Upper West Side Residential Building Sells for $71M

The Naftali Group has purchased the 128-unit, 100,000-square-foot residential building located in the Upper West Side neighborhood at 215 West 84th Street. The $71 million, or $554,688 per unit sale by Eagle Court was financed by a non-recourse loan for 65% of the purchase price, or $46 million.
