$5 Discount Retailer Opening in Times Square

Five Below, the discount retailer that specializes in products under $5 will be opening at the E-Walk Retail and Entertainment complex at 233-267 West 42nd Street. The new store spreads across two floors totaling 10,000 square feet; and the opening day will coincide with the planned opening of the new Target store at the end of 2022, at which time a $60 million capital improvement project will be completed. Asking rents range between $600 and $800 per square foot on the ground level, and $150 per square foot for the second floor.
