Brooklyn Fare to Open 4th NYC Store in 21,600 SF Space on Upper West Side

The Lincoln Square section of the Upper West Side will be welcoming grocer Brooklyn Fare when the store opens this summer. Located at the base on the mixed-use building at 75 West End Avenue, the 21,600-square-foot space secured under a 25-year lease was formerly occupied by a Western Beef supermarket. Asking rent for the space that will establish Brooklyn Fare’s fourth New York City store was $85 per square foot.
