Signature Bank Secures Long Term 13,499 SF Lease in Williamsburg

The New York-based lender will be consolidating two separate Brooklyn offices into the entire 13,499-square-foot third floor within the recently renovated four-story building at 185 Broadway. Signature Bank is planning to relocate during the second quarter of 2021 to the space that had an asking rent of $50 per square foot. Ben Waller and Mark Tergesen of ABS Partners Real Estate handled the transaction on behalf of ownership, the Forman family.
