Leading financial services organization Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company will be moving from its current Manhattan office at 1290 Avenue of the Americas to a 130,000-square-foot space spread across multiple floors within 1345 Avenue of the Americas. The building that spans the entire blockfront between West 54th and 55th Streets is nearing the completion of a more than $100 million capital improvement project and renovation.
