Chef’s Local Harvest Supermarket Set to Open Next Year in 10,000 s/f at Stuy Town Complex

The Stuyvesant town-Peter Cooper Village complex will be welcoming a new healthy supermarket in early 2022 upon completion of a renovation of the space located at 421-427 East 14th Street between 1^st Avenue and Avenue A. Chef’s Local Harvest will open within the 10,000-square-foot store that formerly served as the home of an Associated Supermarket. The deal also includes 7,300 square feet of the usable basement. The new store joins eight other grocery stores in the city owned by the Fernandez family father-and-son team, including the Union Market chain.
