Sweetgreen to Open 7,665 s/f Outpost in Hudson Square

Fast-casual salad and grain bowl chain Sweetgreen has secured a lease for 7,665 square feet of ground and lower space at 315 Hudson Street. Expected to open in August 2021, the new store will operate under a 10-year lease at the base of the Google-anchored building situated between Vandam and Spring Streets.
