Burlington Nearly Doubles Footprint at 1400 Broadway

Off-price clothing and homeware retailer has extended its tenancy at 1400 Broadway another 15-years, expanding its footprint as part of the deal. Burlington, a tenant at the Midtown building since 2010, currently occupies 35,182 square feet spanning the entire 11th floor and as a result of the recent signing will be expanding into the entire 33,125-square-foot 2nd floor to bring total occupancy to 68,307 square feet at an asking rent of $72 per square foot.
