JV Acquires 16,000 s/f Williamsburg Retail Condo for $11.7M

Regal Acquisitions and The Jackson Group, LLC have purchased the 16,000-square-foot retail condo at the base of Austin Nichols House, 184 Kent Avenue. The condo unit is comprised of six storefronts, of which only one 4,500-square-foot space was delivered vacant. The deal also included a 3-level, 55,000-square-foot garage condo, which was delivered unencumbered. A key component of the transaction was that sellers Rockpoint Group and Kushner Companies provided seller financing for the deal.
