Infor Secures 90K-s/f Renewal in Chelsea

Business software company Infor has opted to extend its tenancy at 635-641 Sixth Avenue. A tenant at the Chelsea property since 2012, under the new lease for its 90,000-square-foot space, Infor will initially pay “somewhere in the $80 range per square foot.” A year after moving into the 2-building complex, the company “signed a long-term lease to double its space.”
