2-Building 240K-sf SoHo Portfolio Fetches $325M

Northwood Investors have agreed to purchase a pair of adjacent office buildings for $325 million. Located in Midtown South’s SoHo neighborhood, the portfolio totals 240,000 square feet, and includes the 60,000-square-foot 520 Broadway and 180,000-square-foot 524 Broadway located on the corner of Spring Street. Currently about 90% leased, tenants include WeWork, Keith McNally’s Balthazar restaurant, and clothing store Aritzia.
