Hunts Point 145K-sf Distribution Center Trades for $116.5M

CenterPoint Properties has purchased the 145,144-square-foot Bronx logistics facility at 1080 Leggett Avenue for $116.5 million from the joint venture of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Blumenfeld Group. Fully leased to e-commerce giant, the sale attracted a price that is more than three times the $38.5 million the JV paid two years ago.
