Parisian-Inspired Eatery to Open First U.S. Location in Midtown

Sometime in the late fall of 2021, Manhattan will be adding Parisian-inspired Wolkonsky Bakery & Café to its list of eateries. Currently operating in Russia and the Ukraine, the retailer has secured a long-term lease for 8,100 square feet at 8 West 40th Street for its first U.S. location. The new eatery that will spread across three levels within the building will have a storefront facing Bryant Park.
