Legal Aid Society Consolidating Downtown Offices in 200K-sf
The provider of free legal services will be consolidating multiple Lower Manhattan offices into 200,000 square feet by the 4th quarter of 2022. Intended to make it easier for Legal Aid Society’s employees, the new 30-year lease will expand the organization’s existing footprint at 40 Worth Street from 75,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet; and will spread across portions of the ground, mezzanine and 3rd floor as well as the entire 2nd, 5th and 12th floors.
