10-Acre Bronx Industrial Development Site Fetches $102.5M

Andrew Chung, of Innovo Property Group, has closed on the $102.5 million acquisition of the 10-acre site that includes 1110 Oak Point Avenue and an adjacent lot on Tiffany Street. Purchasing the industrial site separately from his company, Chung plans to redevelop the property into 760,000 square feet of logistics space plus 247,000 square feet of parking.
