556-Unit Manhattan Residential Portfolio Hits the Market

Denver-based REIT Aimco has introduced a 556-unit residential portfolio to the market at an asking price of $250 million, or $449,640 per unit. The mostly market-rate, 12-building package is spread across the Upper East and Upper West Sides of Manhattan; and is being “pitched as a recession-resistant investment, with the potential to boost rents by improving the properties.”
