Latin Restaurant/Nightclub Opening in 15K-sf Space on West 36th Street
La Casa Del Mofongo has secured a 10-year lease for 15,000 square feet at the base of Midtown’s 29 West 36th Street. The new location between 5th and 6th Avenues will operate as a Latin restaurant and lounge during the daytime, and a full-service club at night. Asking rent for the space was $780,000 per year.
