New 124K-sf Zeta Charter School Opening in Upper Manhattan
Zeta Charter Schools has secured a 30-plus year lease for the planned 8-story, 124,000-square-foot building. Bolivar Development will be constructing the building that will rise in the Inwood neighborhood at 400 West 219th Street. Expected to open in time for the 2023-24 school year, the transaction was constructed to accommodate a phased-in occupancy as Zeta Inwood relocates from 652 West 187th Street.
