Industry City Scores Double-Header Deals totaling 60K-sf
The 16-building Industry City complex located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, recently leased a total of 60,000 square feet. The pair of deals will bring high-performance automakers Porsche and Volvo to the complex in January 2022 and September 2021, respectively. German automaker Porsche will occupy a total of 40,000 square feet—a 10,000-square-foot showroom and 30,000-square-foot service center; while the remaining 20,000 square feet leased by Volvo will similarly be used by the Swedish automaker for a mix of showroom and service center space.
