Cherry Valley Market Place Signs 40-Year Deal to Expand in Bronx
A four-decade deal was signed by Cherry Valley Marketplace for 12,373 square feet at the base of the under construction affordable housing complex at 2856 Webster Avenue in Bedford, Bronx. As part of the deal, the new space will connect to the grocery store’s existing 8,000-square-foot store at 410 Bedford Park Boulevard, expanding the store to 20,373 square feet.
