Times Square to Feature a Ferris Wheel Pop-up

Brooklyn-based entertainment company, AMPM Entertainment Concepts, will be operating a 110-foot-tall, or about the equivalent of 11-stories, Ferris Wheel in the heart of Times Square beginning Tuesday, August 24th. “The hope is that the wheel will give Times Square a boost while area businesses and restaurants wait for Broadway shows to reopen in September. The 22-day pop-up location will be just west of Duffy Square on Broadway between West 47th and 48th Streets. AMPM Entertainment is covering the entire bill for the Ferris Wheel and counting on ticket sales to offset the cost.
