Oxford Properties Partners Selling St. John’s Terminal Building to Google for $2.1B
The south portion of the former St. John’s Terminal Building is currently undergoing a major redevelopment and vertical expansion by Oxford Properties and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Located at 550 Washington Street in Hudson Square, the building that will offer 1.3 million square feet upon delivery anticipated in mid-2023 is fully leased by Google, the tech giant agreeing to purchase the building for $2.1 billion, or about $1,615 per square foot, in a deal that is expected to close in the 1st quarter of 2022.
