A Trio of Signings at 505 Fifth Avenue Total Nearly 43K-sf
Stawski Partners recently secured leases for three entire floors within the 26-story building located between West 42nd and 43rd Streets. A pair of existing subtenants—pharmaceutical company Mesoblast and investment bank Brean Capital, have opted to sign a direct deal for the 16,052-square-foot 3rd and 5th floors, which both companies were previously subleasing from fashion house Carlo Pazolini. The third lease for the entire 10,717-square-foot 10th floor will result in a relocation by Brownstone Investment Group.
