SL Green Realty is expected to close before the end of the second quarter on the $325 million, or $1,217 per square foot, sale of the two adjoining 8-story buildings at 635-641 Sixth Avenue totaling 267,000 square feet. Net cash proceeds to SL Green generated by the transaction is approximately $312.5 million. Currently 94 percent leased, multi-national enterprise software company, Infor, anchors the property under a lease that extends through 2030 following a recently executed renewal and extension.
