After a Century DUMBO to See First New Office Development

Co-developers Edward J. Minskoff and JPMorgan Global Alternatives are planning to construct an 11-story 252,000-square-foot office and retail development at 29 Jay Street. The project is believed to be the first ground-up office tower to rise in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood in 100 years; and has broken ground without any pre-signed tenants. New construction will replace an existing 2-story warehouse that Minskoff acquired in March 2020 for $61.5 million.
