Beam Suntory to Relocate Chicago Global HQ to Manhattan
The currently Chicago-based spirits conglomerate Beam Suntory will be relocating its global headquarters sometime next year to the entire 12th floor of 11 Madison Avenue. The deal for the 99,556-square-foot floor is under a 15-year lease, and brings the building located between East 24th and 25th Streets to full occupancy.
