Bungalow 5 Relocates to 6K-sf Multi-Level Space
Modern furniture and lighting retailer Bungalow 5 will relocate from its current showroom at 42 East 20th Street to nearby 933 Broadway. The 5-year lease will see Bungalow 5 occupy a total of 6,000 square feet comprised of 1,500 square feet on the ground level, 2,800 square feet on the 2nd floor, and 500 square feet on the lower level. The new store also features a 1,200 square-foot outdoor deck.
