Cedar Leases 67K-sf in TriBeCa to Quadruple Manhattan HQ

Healthcare fintech startup Cedar has signed a 5-year lease for 66,800 square feet at Rudin Management’s 32 Sixth Avenue. Cedar’s new headquarters will be nearly 4-times the size of the company’s current 17,000-square-foot office upon relocation from another Rudin-owned building in the West Village at 95 Morton Street.
