Central Queens Academy to Open New 85K-sf Queens Location
A combined total of 100,000 square feet has been leased by Queens charter school Central Queens Academy. The larger of the two deals is at 88-08 Justice Avenue in Elmhurst, where the new 900-student charter school is slated to open in September under a 32-year lease. The second signing for 15,000 square feet at 75-01 31st Avenue in Jackson Heights was leased for two years; and will serve as incubation space that will enable CQA to immediately begin operations for its new school.
