Condé Nast Sublease Space Attracts Double-Header Deals totaling 88K-sf
Advance, the parent company of publisher Condé Nast has subleased a combined total of 88,000 square feet of the 400,000 square feet being offered at One World Trade Center. Social news website Reddit subleased the 40,000 square feet spanning the entire 33rd floor, consolidating several New York locations; and more recently advertising company Constellation Agency signed a long-term sublease for the entire 21st floor’s 48,000 square feet where the asking rent was in the $60s per square foot range. The “leasing momentum for the Advance space highlights the superior quality of the [building’s] design and the growing interest in Lower Manhattan by technology and creative firms.”
