Home décor and textile company, Creative Home Ideas, has secured a 15-year lease at 230 Fifth Avenue for the entire 3rd floor plus a portion of the 4th floor at an asking rent of $54 per square foot. The recent signing for 37,265 square feet of showroom and office space represents an expansion from the wholesale company’s current 11,000 square feet at nearby 295 Fifth Avenue.
