CVS Pharmacy Signs 12.5K-sf Lease in Garment District

Pharmacy chain CVS Pharmacy will be opening a new location at 512 Seventh Avenue sometime in 2022. The retailer will pay $350 per square foot for the space that comprises 8,500 square feet on the ground level and 4,000 square feet of basement storage space. The latest deal is the third lease secured by CVS in 2021, following the nearly 12,000-square-foot deal in Tribeca at the Keystone Building, 38 Warren Street announced in early April; and the 15-year lease for 19,350 square feet at the Astor Building, 217 Broadway in mid-February.
