Feil Organization Purchased Fulton Mall Shopping District Development Site for $32.2M

The development site located at 360-370 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn has been sold by the Modell Family and Weinstein Enterprises to the Feil Organization. The commercial site attracted a price of $32.5 million; and allows for up to 171,180 buildable square feet with more than 104 feet of retail frontage at the high foot-traffic intersection of Fulton and Jay Streets.
