First-Ever Permanent Museum Dedicated to the Great White Way to Open in 2022

Times Square will be adding to its roster of attractions the first-ever permanent museum dedicated to Broadway. The 26,000-square-foot Museum of Broadway will be located 145 West 45th Street, appropriately adjacent to the Lyceum Theater. Having to delay plans one year due to the pandemic, the new experiential museum that will celebrate Broadway’s history is expected to open in the summer of 2022; and will spread across a portion of the ground level, the cellar and entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the building located between 6th and 7th Avenues.
