Governor Cuomo’s 11th State of the State Address Reveals $51 Billion Midtown West Infrastructure Redevelopment

On January 14th, Governor Cuomo revealed plans for a $51 billion Midtown West infrastructure redevelopment plan as part of his $306 Billion Infrastructure Plan to invest in the future of New York. Manhattan plans announced in Governor Cuomo’s 2021 Agenda include extending the elevated High Line park to the newly opened $1.6 billion Moynihan Train Hall; replacing the Port Authority Bus Terminal; and developing the Empire Station Complex—a south expansion of Penn Station to add track capacity and improve operations for the passengers it serves daily.
