Ground Lease for 860 Washington Street in MePa Closes for About $230M
The 10-story, 120,000-square-foot boutique office building the opened in 2016 will be controlled by Meadow Partners following the end of 2020 closing on the 99-year ground lease. The deal represents one of the few office building transactions in New York City since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. Existing tenants at the nearly fully leased building include automaker Tesla and Softbank-backed online lender SoFi.
