Hybrid 40K-sf Ghost Kitchen and Food Hall Concept Opening at Manhattan West

Slated to open in July 2021, the “new 40,000-square-foot Citizens food hall will have one so-called ghost kitchen feeding nine different fast-casual outlets as well as a café-cum-bar and two restaurants.” Spread across two floors at Five Manhattan West, the venue’s design provides plenty of open pathways for easy browsing and grab-and-go meal pick up service, while the space’s ambiance will give Citizens the feeling of an upscale restaurant rather than a traditional food hall.
