Hyperscience Nearly Triples WTC Office to 34K-sf

Automation software developer Hyperscience has signed a 10-year least for 34,382 square feet at an asking rent of $80 per square foot. The lease for the entire 88th floor at One World Trade Center nearly triples the company’s presence at the tower, having expanded from a 12,700-square-foot space on the 45th floor.
