iHope School Relo to 77K-sf Midtown West Building

A 30-year leasehold condominium interest totaling 76,861 square feet was conveyed to iHope School, which is part of nonprofit human services provider YAI. The school that has served students with brain injuries or brain-related disorders will be relocating from Harlem to the 2nd through 4th floors, and a portion of the lower level of 825 Seventh Avenue. The new space that had an asking rent in the low $60s per square foot range, will allow iHope to expand its classroom technologies and therapeutics services.
