Jennison Associates Planning 120,809 s/f Relocation to 55 East 52nd Street
The asset management firm is planned to begin the buildout of its new 120,809-square-foot office space at Park Avenue Plaza sometime in 2023. As part of the 15-year lease at the building located at 55 East 52nd Street, Jennison Associates will occupy the entire 24th through 27th floors, the deal representing a downsizing of the company’s current 166,000-square-foot headquarters at 237 Park Avenue.
