Jonathan Adler Opening 8K-sf Outpost in SoHo

Furniture designer Jonathan Adler has signed a 10-year lease for an 8,000-square-foot store in SoHo. The new location will span the entire single-story building located at 382 West Broadway, including space on the ground, mezzanine, and lower levels. The deal that had an asking rent of $650,000 per year represents a return to the neighborhood by the designer, having previously been located at 47 Greene Street until shuttering.
