JPMorgan Introduces About 800K-sf of Sublease Space Amid WFH Reevaluation

At a time when construction continues to move forward on the financial organization’s new Manhattan headquarters at 270 Park Avenue, JPMorgan has begun to re-evaluate commercial real estate needs as the company continues to determine if the current work-from-home situation of much of its workforce meets company needs. Sublease marketing has begun for approximately 700,000 square feet at 4 New York Plaza in the Financial District and more than 100,000 square feet in the Hudson Yards area at 5 Manhattan West.
