Leasehold of Harlem Office Complex on 125th Street Expected to Fetch Around $60M

Brookfield Asset Management is selling the 55-year leasehold of the office complex located at 125 West 125th Street to real estate investor David Werner. The transaction that has yet to close is expected to fetch approximately $60 million. The seven-story, 160,000-square-foot complex sits atop a 126,000-square-foot retail component whose tenants include CVS and Marshalls.
