Life Time Fitness Opens 12K-s/f facility in FiDi

Tenants are enjoying a new 12,000-square-foot fitness center at the mixed-use Ocean building located in Lower Manhattan at One West Street. Life Time Battery Park serves as a “boutique-style concept for the high-end healthy lifestyle brand,” which occupies the space under a long-term lease. Despite future uncertainty that gyms face as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, Life Time is moving ahead with New York City expansion efforts and plans to open five new locations by 2022.
