Meal Delivery Platform Freshly Secures 92,306-square-foot Lease in NoMad

Nestlè USA-owned Freshly will be quadrupling its Manhattan footprint upon full buildout completion of the meal-delivery platform’s new 92,306-square-foot office at 28 East 28th Street. As a result of the approximately 12.5 year lease, Freshly will be vacating roughly 20,000 square feet the company currently occupies at 115 East 23^rd Street. Other tenants at the recently renovated building include New York Life, CBS, as well as the expected opening of a Whole Foods Market.
