Nation’s Largest Passive House Tower to Rise in Mott Haven
The country’s largest passive house high-rise development is currently under construction in the Bronx neighborhood of Mott Haven at 425 Grand Concourse. Upon expected delivery in spring 2022, the 26-story, 310,000-square-foot project will host 277 affordable housing units, a supermarket, a community health center, a cultural center, and a 30,000-square-foot educational facility for CUNY’s Hostos Community College.
