After a 12-month pause New York City is resuming the 1,700 city projects that were put on hold amid the coronavirus pandemic according to an announcement by Mayor de Blasio. Part of the administration’s $17 billion capital project plan, the planned re-start of a host of major construction projects and capital projects will help get New Yorkers back to work according to statements by the Mayor’s newly appointed Recovery Czar, Lorraine Grillo.
