Newly Built 360 Bowery Secures Full Building Tenant

The 22-story boutique office building that recently completed construction has secured a full building tenant for its approximately 121,000 square feet of space. Located on the southwest corner of East 4th Street in the Midtown South neighborhood of NoHo, the property will become the Manhattan headquarters for yogurt brand Chobani. The company’s $900 million acquisition of La Columbe coffee roasters last year, this year’s acquisition of the shuttered San Francisco-based Anchor Brewing Company, and the nearing lease expiration of its 16,780-square-foot space at 200 Lafayette Street prompted decisions to move forward with the expanded office lease. The building features a 5,812-square-foot duplex penthouse with an 800-foot terrace, and the 6,000-square-foot amenity floor dubbed the 360 Club lounge with a 2,900-square-foot terrace. In addition, the 5,278 square feet of retail space at the base of the building has 18-foot ceilings and 134-feet of wraparound frontage and was “designed so it could be divided into as many as three storefronts or even incorporate the second floor,” giving Chobani the “option to open an outlet or restaurant serving the privately held company’s goods.” Full terms of the deal were not available.
