Office Condo at DoBros’s 12 Metrotech Enters Contract at Nearly $700 PSF

The partnership between 60 Guilders and hedge fund Davidson Kempner has entered into contract to purchase the 7-story, 186,088-square-foot office condominium at the top of 12 Metrotech in Downtown Brooklyn. The pending sale by Brookfield Property Partners attracted a price of $130 million, representing one of the borough’s first big office sales since the onset of the pandemic. Spanning entire floors 26 through 30, city agency the Administration for Children’s Services occupies a nearly 140,000-square-foot portion of the unit under a 20-year lease secured in 2019.
