One Soho Square Complex Locks in $900M Refi

The pair of connected buildings under address 223 Spring Street and 161 Sixth Avenue have been refinanced with a $900 million loan. Goldman Sachs spearheaded the 7-year, fixed-rate refinancing of One Soho Square along with Bank of Montreal and Deutsche Bank, by “securitizing the $730 million senior portion of that mortgage from a 2019 commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transaction.” The mezzanine portion of the debt package was provided by JPMorgan Chase.
